This rustic bloomer loaf is made with organic, stone milled flour and wholemeal spelt. A staple food for centuries, spelt offers a nutty and earthy flavour.

Sourdough white tin loaf, organic course stone milled flour, slow fermentation and cold proofing overnight

MALTHOUSE

Sourdough wholemeal tin loaf, blend of organic course stone milled flour and organic wholegrain, slow fermentation and cold proofing overnight. Linseeds and poppy seeds.

Classic Italian with a fluffier texture and intense aroma from the olive oil. Blend of semolina and “OO”

caramelised onion and miso oil for extra pleasure.
