Nourishing seeded rye bread from the Scandinavian countries, with less carbs and lower in gluten has more fibre to keep you fuller for longer.
SPELT BLOOMER
This rustic bloomer loaf is made with organic, stone milled flour and wholemeal spelt. A staple food for centuries, spelt offers a nutty and earthy flavour.
